▪ Once an order is placed, all sales are final. Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.
1.3. Pre-order Delivery Timeframe

▪ Before completing your order, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the Estimated Delivery Date provided. Please ensure that the estimated delivery date aligns with your requirements and timeline. Keep in mind that this date is an approximation and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
1.4. No Changes After 'Processing' Status
▪ Once order is in 'Processing' status, it is not possible to make any changes to the design, color, or size of the ordered items. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
1.5. Out-of-Stock Items
▪ In the rare event that the style or product you have ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock, we will promptly notify you. In such cases, you will be presented with two options:
a) Full Refund: You may choose to receive a full refund for the amount you have paid for the unavailable item.
b) Store Credit: Alternatively, you can opt to receive store credit for the full amount you have paid. This store credit can be used to select another item from our store.
2.1. Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Basis
▪ All our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis. Please note that our dress collection and wedding products require 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival depending on the location and wedding season (extra 3 weeks lead time during holiday and wedding peak season).
▪ All orders to be crafted by independent tailors in China. Please allow an estimated tailoring / production time is at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped. Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on location.
2.2. Ordering Lead Time
▪ For peace of mind and plenty of lead time, we strongly recommend ordering 4 months before your event date; to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges post-Covid, unexpected shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
▪ We shall not be held liable for any delays beyond the event date or possible alterations required if orders are placed close to the event.
2.3. Production and Shipping Time
▪ All products are made-to-order after order is placed. Please allow standard production and shipping lead time as follows:

▪ We aim to meet these estimates provided; however, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can occasionally affect delivery schedules.
▪ Factors such as inventory challenges, shipping delays from manufacturers, or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, delivery may take a little longer.
▪ We strongly recommend allowing ample flexibility in your timeline to account for potential delays or unforeseen events. It is important to take into consideration alterations that may be needed upon receiving the dress to ensure an ideal fit. It is advisable to place your order at least 4 months before your scheduled event.
4.1. Trackable Delivery Service
▪ All local and international orders will be delivered using a trackable delivery service. You can track the parcel on our courier service provider's platform.
4.2. Estimated Delivery Date
▪ The estimated delivery date provided is subject to potential unexpected shipping delays, especially during peak seasons.
▪ The logistic efficiency in the destination area and country can also impact the delivery timeline.
4.3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
▪ After your order has been packed and dispatched, please check your registered email for a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number.
▪ Typically, this update occurs 1-2 days before the estimated delivery date for West Malaysia, 3-5 days for East Malaysia, and 5-7 days for international orders.
▪ It may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to update and reflect the current status of your parcel.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
▪ Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address. To ensure a smooth and timely delivery, please make sure that your provided address is accurate / the intended recipient will be available at the specified address to receive the order, before finalizing your purchase.
4.5. Responsibility and Lost Parcels
▪ Once your order has been dispatched, the responsibility for safe and timely delivery falls on our third-party courier service providers.
▪ We will not be held liable for any lost parcels if proof of postage is provided.
▪ In the event of a lost parcel, any claims must be made directly with our third-party courier service providers. We will make reasonable efforts to assist in compensation claims if applicable.
4.6. Delivery Schedule
▪ Deliveries are carried out by courier service providers during regular business hours, from Monday through Friday. Deliveries mostly do not take place on weekends and public holidays.
4.7. Delivery to PO Box or Parcel Locker Addresses
▪ For Poslaju (Malaysia) deliveries, we can accommodate delivery to a PO Box address.
▪ However, please be aware that FedEx deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box or parcel locker. We require a complete and accurate delivery address for FedEx shipments.
4.8. International Orders and Customs Tax/Import Duty
▪ For all international orders, any customs tax or import duty charged when the parcel reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the recipient.
▪ Recipients must settle any customs tax or import duty charges.
▪ To avoid unplanned costs, we recommend customers contact the local customs office before placing an order to inquire about potential customs or import duties.
4.9. Varied Customs Policies
▪ Customs policies can vary from country to country, and we have no control over these customs charges.
▪ It is advisable to contact your local customs office for specific details and information relevant to your country.
4.10. Customs-Related Delivery Delays
▪ Local customs procedures can sometimes introduce delivery delays that are beyond our control.
▪ We appreciate your understanding in such cases and will do our best to assist within our capabilities.
5.1. Customer Notification
▪ In the event that we receive a bounced parcel bearing your name, we will promptly contact you via email.
5.2. Responsibility for Re-Delivery Costs
▪ It is important to note that if a parcel is returned for any reason (such as being unclaimed, having an undeliverable address, or not having a suitable recipient available), the customer is responsible for covering any costs associated with the re-delivery of the parcel.
5.3. Unclaimed Bounced Parcels:
▪ Any bounced parcel that remains unclaimed after a grace period of 10 business days will be forfeited.

6.3. Made-To-Order Dress Policy (Custom Size & Custom Color)
▪ It is important to understand and acknowledge that custom dresses are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable for any reason.
▪ For custom dress, you are making a personalized selection that is tailored specifically to your measurements and preferences. We highly recommend that you carefully review all customization details, including sizing, color, style, and any other specifications, before finalizing your order.
▪ While we do offer custom sizing for our bridesmaid gowns, we want to set realistic expectations. It's important to understand that we may not always be able to guarantee a 100% perfect fit for everyone. Here's why:
6.3.1. Individual Measurements: We have no control over how measurements are taken individually. Accurate measurements are crucial for a perfect fit, and any discrepancies in measurements provided can affect the fit of the gown.
6.3.2. Non-Stretchable Fabrics: Our formal gowns typically use non-stretchable fabrics, which means they require precise sizing. Unlike everyday clothing that may have more forgiving stretch, formal gowns have structured designs that rely heavily on accurate measurements.
6.3.3. Variations Over Time: Keep in mind that measurements can change over time due to various factors, such as weight fluctuations or changes in body shape. It's essential to provide current measurements when ordering.
*Notes: While we strive to provide the best fit possible based on the measurements you provide, variations in fit may occur due to the factors mentioned above. We have upgraded lace-up back closure that can provide some flexibility in sizing. However, we still recommend ordering with considering minor alterations if necessary, to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your gown.
6.4. Crafting and Location
▪ All orders are to be crafted by independent tailors in China. Please note that we are exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront or tailor team available locally.
6.5. Alterations
▪ We are unable to accommodate any requests for resizing or alterations for custom size (if the dress received is not the perfect fit). They are personally tailored based on the measurements provided during the ordering process and thoroughly checked before delivered. After receiving the dress, you might need to get it altered at your own cost by visiting a local tailor for the ideal fit, if necessary. Alterations require your physical presence. Our dresses are made with additional fabric in the seams. Local tailoring allows for precise adjustments to achieve the ideal fit for your body. Please bring along the invisible bra (bust adjustment) and heels (length adjustment) during the session with your local tailor, if necessary.
6.6. Things to Consider Before Ordering
▪ Before placing an order, we kindly ask you and your bridesmaids to consider carefully the following:
a) If you are not open to the possibility of having alterations made at a local tailor's shop at own cost, or if you do not have access to an alteration specialist in your location.
b) When pre-ordering, it's advisable to plan for extra timeframe in case your bridesmaids need to get alteration at local tailor.

6.7. Planning for Extra Time
▪ When pre-ordering our products, especially apparel such as dresses, we strongly recommend that you plan for extra time in case alterations are needed. While we strive to offer you the best possible fit based on the measurements you provide, variations in fit may occur due to individual differences and factors beyond our control. If the dress you receive is not a perfect fit, alterations may be required to achieve the ideal fit for your body.
6.8. Color Variations
▪ Actual colors may vary. This is due to screen settings, pixel definitions and digital photography which display colors differently and each person may see them differently. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as true to color as possible, but please understand that we cannot guarantee the color that you see will be exact from the actual color. This does not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped.
6.9 Dye Lot Variations
▪ While we take pride in crafting made-to-order dresses tailored to your custom color selection from our fabric swatches, it is important to understand that color differences may occur due to the dye lot variations.
When we purchase fabrics from our suppliers, color differences, known as dye lot variations, can arise when the same fabric is manufactured again. This can happen despite using consistent dye formulations. Several factors come into play, including temperature, time, and the water source used in the dyeing process. These variables can lead to subtle differences between dye lots.
Please be aware that even when ordering multiple dresses within the same order, there is a possibility of dye lot variations, resulting in color differences between individual dresses.
While we make every effort to minimize these variations and ensure that your dresses are of the best possible quality, we want to be transparent about the potential for dye lot variations.

9.1. Bridesmaid Dresses
▪ Professional DRY CLEAN only: Our bridesmaid dresses require professional dry cleaning to ensure their preservation. Dry cleaning helps maintain the delicate fabrics and intricate details while also effectively removing stains and dirt.
Why Dry Cleaning:
▪ Dry cleaning is a specialized cleaning process that uses chemical solvents instead of water to remove stains, dirt, and odors from fabrics. This method is gentle on delicate materials, such as satin, chiffon, lace, and tulle, which are commonly used in bridesmaid dresses.
▪ It helps preserve the fabric's color, texture, and overall quality, ensuring that your bridesmaid dresses look as good as new.
▪ Dry cleaning prevents distortion, shrinking, or stretching of the dress, keeping its original shape and structure intact.
Steam with low heat to remove wrinkles:
▪ For minor wrinkles or creases, you can gently steam the dress using a low-heat setting without causing harm to the fabric. It is particularly suitable for the delicate materials often used in bridesmaid dresses.
▪ Unlike ironing, steaming doesn't involve pressing the fabric with direct heat, reducing the risk of damage or scorching.
How to Steam:
To steam your dress, you can use a garment steamer or a handheld fabric steamer. Here's how:
▪ Fill the steamer with water and allow it to heat up.
▪ Hang the dress on a hanger or a garment rack.
▪ Gently run the steamer over the wrinkled areas while maintaining a safe distance to avoid direct contact with the fabric.
▪ The steam will relax the fibers, releasing wrinkles and restoring the dress's smooth appearance.
9.2. Bridal Robes
Wash in cold water (with mild detergent):
▪ To care for your bridal robes, it is best to wash them in cold water using a mild detergent. Cold water helps prevent color fading and ensures that the fabric remains in excellent condition.
Avoid chlorine bleach:
▪ Chlorine bleach can be harsh on our delicate fabrics and may cause discoloration or damage. We strongly advise against using any products containing chlorine bleach.
Steam with low heat to remove wrinkles:
▪ To eliminate wrinkles in your bridal robes, use a steamer with low heat settings. This method is gentle on the fabric and effectively removes creases.
9.3. Bridal Veils
Hang up your veil when you first receive it:
▪ When you receive your bridal veil, it's a good practice to hang it up. This allows any initial wrinkles to naturally loosen over time.
After a few days, gently steam out remaining wrinkles:
▪ After the veil has hung for a few days, you can gently steam out any remaining wrinkles. It's important to use low heat and avoid ironing, as ironing can potentially discolor or damage the veil.
Store it hung and away from sunlight until your wedding day:
▪ To preserve the veil's pristine appearance, store it by hanging it away from direct sunlight. This ensures that the fabric and any embellishments remain in excellent condition.
Do not wash in the washing machine or soak it in water:
▪ Washing the bridal veil in a machine or soaking it in water is not recommended, as it can damage the delicate fabric and embellishments. Instead, spot clean with a damp cloth or baby wipes using gentle dabbing movements to address any stains or spots.
10.1. Utilization and Ownership:
▪ Credit Notes and Reward Points issued by eleventh.com.my can only be utilized by the account holder who earned them.
▪ Credit Notes and Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
▪ Credit Notes and Reward Points are solely the property of eleventh.com.my and can be revoked, canceled, or modified at our discretion.
10.2. Validity and Expiry:
▪ The validity period of Credit Notes and Reward Points is as stated in the user's account. If not utilized within this specified timeframe, the amount will be forfeited.
