1. Where do you deliver?
We offer delivery to all states in Malaysia. Worldwide shipping is available.
2. When can I expect my order to arrive and how do you charge for delivery?
All our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis. Please note that our dress collection and wedding products require 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival depending on the location and wedding season. You are advised to check on the delivery timeframe as below for your location before placing any orders with us. Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.
All orders to be produced by our manufactures in China. Please allow an estimated tailoring/production time is at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped (extra lead time during wedding peak season). Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on location.
3. Do you have rush option?
Thank you for your interest in our collection! Because of the made-to-order nature, so sorry to inform that rush option is not available. We are not able to allocate your order ahead of others with an extra fee, all orders to be processed based on your pre-order date.
Note: We do not practice any ready-stock or ready-made dresses at this time.

When should I order my dress?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time for alterations, we strongly recommend ordering 4 months before your event date; to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges post-Covid, unexpected shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
Please note: Eleventh shall not be liable for any delays beyond the event date or possible alterations required shall customers place order within a close date to the event.
Wedding Tips: Stress-Free Bridesmaid Dress Shopping
Start research about bridesmaid dresses at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding to allow enough time to decide on, order, and fit the dresses.

Local shipping
Local shipping (West Malaysia) is by Poslaju (tracked and signed service) and delivered within 12 - 14 business days (Standard Size), 20 - 22 business days (Custom Sizing/Custom Color/Personalized Item/Bridal Veil/Bridal Hanger) upon verification of payment. FREE shipping for orders above RM110 (only applicable for West Malaysia).
For Sabah and Sarawak, delivery within 18 - 20 business days (Standard Size), 24 - 26 business days (Custom Sizing/Custom Color/Personalized Item/Bridal Veil/Bridal Hanger) upon verification of payment. Shipping rates apply based on weight.
International shipping
International shipping is by FedEx International Priority® (tracked and signed service) and delivery is within 22 - 22 business days (Standard Size), 28 - 30 business days (Custom Sizing/Custom Color/Personalized Item/Bridal Veil/Bridal Hanger) upon verification of payment.
International shipping rates apply based on weight, and vary by destination. International shipping rates calculated at checkout EXCLUDE all import duties and taxes.
*IMPORTANT: Please note the delivery charges do not include customs tax or import duties (if any) levied on international deliveries - such charges to be borne by the buyer/recipient. Please contact your local customs office for specific details and information in your country.
4. How can I track the shipment of my order?
Please check your order confirmation email for the estimated delivery date for orders to be shipped from Malaysia warehouse after placing order successfully.
The tracking details will only be updated via email when your order is ready to be dispatched out; usually 1-2 days (West Malaysia), 3-5 days (East Malaysia) or 5-7 days (International) before the estimated delivery date.
You can track your parcel on our delivery partner's platform, Poslaju or FedEx International.
5. Can you ship to PO Box or parcel locker address?
FedEx deliveries cannot be delivered to a PO Box or parcel locker. Please provide a full delivery address.
Poslaju (Malaysia) deliveries are ok to be delivered to a PO Box.
6. Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
If the parcel is being returned due to any reasons (unclaimed, undeliverable address or no such person, etc), customer is responsible for any costs incurred for re-delivery. Any unclaimed bounced parcel after 10 business days grace period will be forfeited.
7. For international deliveries, will I be charged for customs and import duty for my parcel?
As your order is processed from our fulfillment center in Malaysia, the international shipping fee paid during checkout is not inclusive of customs and import duties. You’ll be charged if there are any fees involved.
In most countries, any customs or import duties are only charged once the parcel reaches its destination. We do not have control over these charges hence we are unable to include it in the shipping fee or advise on how much the cost will be as it varies between countries. In order to avoid unplanned cost, it is important to check with the local customs office, before placing an order.
