Please note that our dress collection and wedding products require 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival depending on the location and wedding season (extra 3 weeks lead time during holidays and wedding peak season).
You are advised to refer Estimated Delivery Date on this page for your location before placing orders. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and any alterations that may be needed upon receiving the dress.
Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made. Ready-to-ship or rush option is not available at this time.
IMPORTANT: While we offer custom sizing for our bridesmaid gowns, we would like to emphasize that the actual fit may not always be 100% perfect for all, due to how the way measurements are taken, and variations may occur due to differences in body shapes and sizes. Formal gowns typically have fitted bodices and are more structured than everyday clothing.
Hey beautiful, be sure to triple-check all your measurements! The body measurements provided are then plugged into a program that helps us prepare your gown pattern, estimate the amount of fabric and calculate where the boning, bra padded, neckline, waistline and hemline should fall on your body. Too often, people measure themselves incorrectly which results in a dress that does not fit as expected. Please do expect you may need alterations at your local tailor at own expense once you have received the dress for the ideal fit, if necessary. Alteration is required physical presence and measure on the individual.
Pre-Order: All orders to be produced by our manufacturers in China. We are exclusively online and do not have a physical storefront or tailor team locally.

IMPORTANT: We aim to meet these estimates; but occasionally, unforeseen inventory challenges, shipping delays from manufacturers, or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, deliveries may take a little longer. We strongly suggest allowing yourself plenty of wiggle room (best to order four months before the event), with enough time to ensure fit, and alteration that may be needed upon receiving the dress, etc.
