How long will it take to receive my order?
All our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis only. Generally, your order will arrive at your doorstep within estimated timeframe:

18 - 20 business days (West Malaysia)
22 - 24 business days (Sabah & Sarawak)
26 - 28 business days (International), subject to customs clearance and logistic efficiency at destination countries

12 - 14 business days (West Malaysia)
16 - 18 business days (Sabah & Sarawak)
20 - 22 business days (International), subject to customs clearance and logistic efficiency at destination countries

Because of the made-to-order nature, we don't keep any ready stock. Rush option is only subject to slot availability. Before ordering, please confirm with us at admin@eleventh.com.my or wa.me/60166022053 (WhatsApp); by indicating style name/product code, number of pieces and your shipping location.
For pre-orders, please allow estimated production time to be 16 business days, then it is shipped. Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on location. You’ll get notified of the Estimated Delivery Date in confirmation email on the day you placed an order.
We can’t wait for you to receive your order! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Sometimes, it can take up to 12 hours for your tracking number to update.
Yes! International shipping rates apply to all orders outside of Malaysia. Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at the time of checkout. During COVID-19, we ship via FedEx International Priority to most countries. International shipping rates calculated at checkout exclude all duties & taxes. Please note, ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE, may not be returned or exchanged.

Do you have a physical storefront location?
We are a direct-to-consumer brand, so our collection is available exclusively online only at www.eleventh.com.my and do not have a physical storefront.

Do you offer gown rental service?
We do not offer rental service at this time. All dresses are brand new pieces and made just for you after order is received. We can cater to your unique selections on size, color, and length.
When should I order by?
We always recommend starting to think about bridesmaid dresses at least 4-6 months before your wedding to allow enough time to decide on, order, and fit the dresses. It's suggested to order not later than 3 months from the wedding date.
I have few bridesmaids, do we need to order together or can we order separately?
For bulk orders, it is advisable to place in the same order to get a group discount and it also helps to avoid any color difference due to different dye lots.
Can I change the size or color after purchasing?
Unfortunately, no. As soon as you place your order, your items begin the production process. Please double check your order before checking out and again when you receive your e-mailed invoice.
PRODUCTS
What does made-to-order mean?
Our dresses are made to order. As soon as you make your purchase, we begin the process of making your dress in the style, color and size you ordered. Because each dress is made especially for you, it will take between 4-7 weeks to receive it.
Do you have any petite or plus-size dresses?
Petite and plus sizing are all welcome! Pick this best-selling Custom Made Collection which available for tailor-made to individual unique body measurements and any color from our swatches (280+ colors).
Do you offer custom design or fabric?
Currently, we are unable to offer custom design -- only the styles, colors and fabrics shown on our website are available at this time. We hope you found something you love from our in-house collection made from luxe chiffon, soft tulle and crepe.
How do I ensure that all of my dresses are the same color?
To ensure your gowns are from the same dye lot, please have your bridesmaids order at the same time. There can be some slight color variance between fabrics regardless of order time-frame, as each takes dye differently. If an identical dye color is important to you, please be sure to order gowns made in the same fabric and silhouette, to ensure consistency between gowns.
How do you recommend ordering for pregnant bridesmaids?
First of all, congrats! While none of our dresses are officially maternity dresses, we do have a baby bump-friendly option to offer. Our Mireio and Misha have an empire waist allowing for free-flowing flexibility below the bust.
What fabrics are available?
Our dresses are made from wedding-grade quality fabrics mainly luxe chiffon, soft tulle and crepe.
Where can I find men's accessories that match my dress?
Good news! We carry men’s accessories to keep your party coordinated with our bow ties.
SIZING
How do I measure myself?
There are 4 key measurements to consider: Bust, Waist, Hips, and Length. Grab some measuring tape, and check out our How to Measure for a Bridesmaid Dress for a quick tutorial.
Do I need a bra with my dress?
The bodices of our dresses are fully lined with built-in bra cups. Our strapless gowns are constructed with extra support for your comfort. It's easy to create cleavage or a plump look with this invisible push-up bra.

How should I wash my dress?
We recommend having your dress professionally dry-cleaned.
