How long will it take to receive my order?
Thank you for your interest in our collection! All our products are exclusively made-to-order and pre-order basis. Please note that our dress collection requires 5 - 7 weeks for estimated arrival depending on the shipping location and wedding season. You are advised to check on the Estimated Delivery Date and Shipping Policy page before placing any orders.
All orders to be produced by our manufacturers in China. Please allow an estimated tailoring/production time is at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped (extra lead time during wedding peak season). Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on location.
Generally, your order will arrive at your doorstep within estimated timeframe as follows:
Custom Made (Custom Size / Custom Color / Personalized Item / Bridal Veil /Bridal Hanger)
20 - 22 business days (West Malaysia)
24 - 26 business days (Sabah & Sarawak)
28 - 30 business days (International), subject to customs clearance and logistic efficiency at destination countries

12 - 14 business days (West Malaysia)
16 - 18 business days (Sabah & Sarawak)
20 - 22 business days (International), subject to customs clearance and logistic efficiency at destination countries

Currently, rush option is not available. We are not able to allocate order ahead of others with an extra fee, all orders are to be processed based on your pre-order date. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and hemmed.
Note: At this time, we do not practice any ready-to-ship dresses.
For pre-orders, please allow estimated production time to be at least 19 business days (4 weeks), then it is shipped. Shipping is an additional 1-10 business days depending on your location. You’ll get notified of the estimated delivery date in the confirmation email after placing order successfully. The shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be updated when your order is ready to be shipped from our Malaysia distribution center, usually 1-2 days (West Malaysia), 3-5 days (East Malaysia) or 5-7 days (International) before the estimated delivery date.
We can’t wait for you to receive your order! As soon as order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. You can track your parcel on the delivery partner's platform, Poslaju or FedEx International. Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for the tracking number to be activated.
Yes, we ship internationally! All our international orders ship securely via FedEx International Priority to most countries. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Shipping rates calculated at checkout exclude all duties & taxes. Please note, ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not have the capacity to process international returns at this time. We appreciate your understanding! Do you have a physical storefront location?
We are a direct-to-consumer brand, so our collection is available exclusively online only at www.eleventh.com.my and do not have a physical storefront at this time.
Every piece in our collection is personally tailored and pre-order basis, which means our dresses are carefully crafted to fit each bridesmaid's body. With the easy-to-follow Measurement Guide, our talented dressmakers craft each dress to one's bust, waist, hips size, and height, ensuring the best possible piece for your special day and chosen style, length, fabric, and color to match the wedding theme. This level of customization creates a truly unique and personalized bridesmaid dress shopping experience. You can shop virtually with your bridesmaids wherever they are (without leaving home).
Do you offer gown rental service?
We do not offer gown rental service at this time. All our dresses are brand new pieces and made just for you after order is received.
When should I order by?
For peace of mind and plenty of lead time for alterations, we strongly recommend ordering at least 4 months before your event date; to account for any unforeseen inventory challenges post-Covid, unexpected shipping delays, or alterations that may be needed.
Wedding Tips: Start researching bridesmaid dresses at least 6 - 8 months before your wedding to allow enough time to decide on, order, and fit the dresses.
Can I change the size or color after purchase?
Unfortunately, no. As soon as you place an order, your items begin the production process. Please double-check your order details before checking out and again when you receive order confirmation email.
Can I request to expedite my order after purchase?
At this time, we do not offer expedited production or expedited shipping. You are advised to check on the Estimate Delivery Date for your location before placing any orders with us. Please make sure you allow time for your dress to be made, shipped, and hemmed.
Note: Cancellation and refund are strictly not allowed once payment has been made.

What does made-to-order mean?
When you place an order, here begin the process of making your dress in the style, color, length and size ordered. We get to work on manufacturing it just for you. You can expect to receive your dress in 5- 7 weeks (depending on your shipping location).
Do you have any petite or plus-size dresses?
Petite and plus sizing are all welcome! Pick our best-selling Made-To-Order Collection which is available for personally tailored to individual body measurements and any color you love from our swatches (280+ colors).
Do you offer custom design or fabric?
Currently, we are unable to offer custom design -- only the styles, colors and fabrics shown on our website are available at this time. We hope you found something you love from our in-house collection made from luxe chiffon, soft tulle and crepe.
How do you recommend ordering for pregnant bridesmaids?
First of all, congrats! While none of our dresses are officially maternity dresses, we do have a baby bump-friendly option to offer. Our Mireio and Misha have an empire waist allowing for free-flowing flexibility below the bust and optimum comfort.
What fabrics are available?
Our dresses are made from wedding-grade quality fabrics mainly luxe chiffon, soft tulle and crepe.
Where can I find men's accessories that match my dress?
Good news! We carry men’s accessories to keep your party coordinated with our bow ties.
SIZING
How do I measure myself?
There are 4 key measurements to consider: Bust, Waist, Hips, and Length. Grab some measuring tape, and check out our How to Measure for a Bridesmaid Dress for a quick tutorial.
Do I need a bra with my dress?
The bodices of our dresses are fully lined with built-in bra padded. Our strapless gowns are constructed with extra support for your comfort. It's recommended to wear invisible push-up bra to shape the breasts and provide adequate all-day support.
Do you provide alteration services?
No, we do not provide alteration services at this time.

How should I wash my dress?
We recommend having your dress professionally dry-cleaned.
